Upon arriving back at our second home after having been gone for several weeks, it soon became obvious that our AC was malfunctioning. I called Pro Tech late on Thursday afternoon and they said they would work us in on Friday AM, but they already had a full schedule for Friday. And they did work us in, with Brandon Bustos on the job and it appeared he had solved the problem. But then, just like a child misbehaving and about 4:00 PM on Friday afternoon,
the AC was again faltering. By about 6:30 PM, Brandon along with Patrick got the issue resolved and we got permanent relief from the heat. I can't give enough thanks for the above and beyond service that Pro Tech provided. THANKS, GUYS AND LADIES AT PRO TECH !
