I used Sweet's Chem-Dry recently and it was a good experience all around. I'm a real estate agent and I set up the appointment for some buyers. I just talked to them yesterday and they said they were very happy with the service. On my end I was glad that he was very good keeping us in the loop. We had nasty weather at the time and the roads weren't in good condition. Communication was very good, though, so it was no problem. They were really professional and nice right from the first phone call.
