We discovered Sweets while preparing a former house for sale, and a carpet repairman suggested they could make the carpet look good enough that we wouldn't have to replace it. And they lived up to that and more, carpets were cleaned beyond expectations. We recently had Sweets clean all carpets in our current home, and while the cost was significant, more than we have ever paid before, we couldn't be happier with results. We had pet stains and general cleaning that would be difficult for anyone to remove, and they gave it their best, getting most out well. Perhaps most importantly, we trust them, believe that if a particular process is recommended, that's the way we should go, it's unlikely anyone could do better, and we therefore accept that costs are what they are. Unfortunately even with discounts we don't feel we can afford a full house cleaning very often, but that shouldn't be necessary. For now we are enjoying the clean, sanitized carpets.
