I thought Jon was very good at explaining what he was doing and helping me find the shaft that was best for me. Very easy to work with and very knowledgable. My only complaint was that it seemed I paid too much for the shaft and the adapter, based on pricing I have seen from other sources. I think that having better knowledge about the pricing of the components during the fitting is a factor, rather than getting hit with it at the end. I understand that the cost I paid does have to include the assembly, but again, knowing that info during the session, rather than the end, may have led to different shaft choices within the price range I was expecting... no complaints about the technical aspects of the fitting.
