Lakeside Mercedes Repair is rated one of the best Mercedes Benz shops in Portland, and that's the reason I took mine there initially. They are very helpful, and they seem really up front and honest. They are very forthright when you go in with a question. They will explain exactly what's wrong and how much it's going to cost. Every question I have always gets answered. It's a very up front organization. Their price range is in the ballpark of similar Mercedes shops, and a little under most Mercedes Benz dealerships. They are very customer-oriented, and I will continue to take my car there as long as I own a Mercedes.
