Julie at Transmission Corporation of America was really kind and pleasant. She told me to come back so they could check the control arm before I got it done. She said they would look at it for free to make sure I wasn't in any danger. I would need to do the replacement in a month or two.

About a month ago they did a control arm/bearing replacement and oil change that was 557 dollars, and then they did the other side's control arm that was 460 dollars. It was really quick service, and they had the second control arm replacement done in about 2 and a half hours. Everything is working fine.
