The whole experience was perfect, from beginning to end. Tom is totally professional, super knowledgeable, and has a tremendous sense of fashion. In fact, he offered me advice and help on other aspects of my new home, and made recommendations for businesses that apparently operate with the same code of ethics and excellence, as he does! Tom is a treasure. His installation team showed up exactly on time, was clean and organized, and had the job done in a little over two hours. They left my home in mint condition, and were even kind enough to help me dispose of the old closet's insides. I have soooo much more room now, and this renovation has made a huge difference in the space constraints of apartment living. You should do this!
