When our ac crapped in the middle of summer was nothing short of a life-saver.

It had to be one of their busiest summers on record, but they were out to our house the very next day. We ordered a new unit -- and since it was going to take a week or so to arrive and I was home on maternity leave with a newborn, they offered to jerry-rig a short-term solution for our old unit ... for free, without us having to ask!!!!

And when that short-term solution didn't last the whole week, they were back out to fix it ASAP ... for free.

Anyone at any AC company would have been more than happy to sell us a new unit that summer -- and we were clearly desperate and vulnerable. But rather than take advantage, the guys at CR really went above and beyond to make sure they took care of us.

Five stars for service alone. I'll be a CR Custom Service customer for life. Can't tank you enough guys !!!
