We have been using A Custom Heating & Air Conditioning for quite a few years. We have a monthly plan, and we have the regular bi-annual check of our air conditioning or furnace depending on the season. If there is other work to be done, we receive a discount. Al, our typical service guy, is very reliable calls before he comes out. He is always very timely, and we really like him a lot. We have had a great overall experience with this company, and I would recommend them!
