I have been using A Custom Heating & Air Conditioning for about two years now. I have had them out twice because of emergencies for my heating and air conditioning. This last time they came out for an emergency, I was just so grateful. I'm eighty and a heart patient, and I wasn't really aware the unit wasn't working properly. I just knew there was something wrong with the thermostat, and it wasn't registering the temperature properly.

I called them on Sunday, and they came on Monday. I would have had the equipment Tuesday, but i couldn't be home, so they brought it out on Wednesday. They even had to customize it for the space so it would fit because I'm in a condo. I was so delighted that they took such care to do a good job for me. After installation, they came out the next day to make sure everything was working okay. Then, the day after that, I got a call from the original individual that I had been working with to make sure everything okay. I'm just so pleased with their courtesy and their customer care. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them!
