I've had A Custom Heating and Air Conditioning for about 25 years at my building and they have always done a good job for me, especially in an emergency once when my furnace went out. They had a new boiler in there within 48 hours, and this was in the middle of winter. I personally know Tom, the guy who answers the phones there, and he's always been a real good guy for me. They come when they say they're going to come. I always liked them because I think they take good care of me. They know I'm a single woman and I don't know too much about my boiler. I appreciate knowing I have someone I can trust to help with that sort of thing. This time it needed a new thermocouple, and the guy told me he thought it could go bad at any time. I trusted him and asked him to put a new one on because I didn't want boiler to break down in February, which is really awful here in Illinois when it's so cold and all the furnace people are really busy. I like A Custom Heating and will continue to use them because I think they're really good. They're thorough in their work and tell me things I didn't know about my boiler and furnace.
