A Custom Heating and Air Conditioning has been out to help us several times and I have a lot of faith in their service. He's a knowledgeable guy. He's responsive and actually answers his phone, which a lot of others don't. If he can't figure out a problem, then he gets the help to figure it out. He's very into his business and he knows his stuff. He's very easy to work with. He was just out last Friday because we had a problem with our furnace. He resolved the issue pretty quickly. The prices are competitive. They're not excessively expensive but they're not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. It is fairly priced. He's just a good honest guy.
