Gretchen, the owner of Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments, is very hands-on! She consulted with me in my home, and she walked the house with me to help me decide in terms of decor and window treatments. After the consult, she placed the order. There was a hiccup when the manufacturer let her know that the print we selected had been discontinued. But Gretchen came back out to the house, and I chose another print. As she said, sometimes this is what was supposed to happen in the first place, and that was a pleasant way to look at it!
