This was not the first time that I used Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments, and it will not be the last! Gretchen, the owner, is awesome. She is very professional, very prompt, and just very courteous. Her staff is courteous, and her installers are courteous too. The schedule was adhered to, and in fact, they were ahead of schedule. They made the whole experience very pleasant! They did a fine job, and in fact, an exceptional job!
