The work by Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments was very professional. Gretchen had a lot of ideas. She had pictures of possible ways to decorate what I was after. She had a lot of samples of materials. She was excellent at describing how each thing would work. It was easy to do business with her. I had seen her work in a bedroom of a friend, and it is wonderful. She is customer oriented, and listens to the customer whether she agrees with them or not. She is polite about everything. I respected her listening to me and coming to a meeting of the minds.
