I had called a different company for service, and they were not in my area, they referred Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments as a company that did do service in my area. I am so happy with the referral! Gretchen was very pleasant and easy to work with. She really went the extra mile meeting my schedule. She was always willing to adjust her schedule to meet my needs. The installation technician was also friendly and personable. They installed two different sets of draperies for me, and they are beautiful! I have no complaints, and I look forward to using them again.
