Five stars aren't enough for Gretchen from Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments. She gets ten stars from me. From our original contact, where we sat and met at her shop to go over fabrics, to the finished product, I am very pleased. She knows her stuff from A to Z. I already have and will continue to refer her to my friends. My husband and I already plan to use Gretchen again. She did our dining room drapes, including the rods and all the hardware. She managed the whole installation. The design is beautiful. We found Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments by accident. I saw their ad online and passed it by. Then we had cushions made for our sunroom and the salesperson there suggested we try Lady Dianne's for our drapes. He was right! They aren't cheap but they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for and what we got is wonderful. I'm already looking at the family room and our bedroom as the next window projects for Gretchen to design. She does an awesome job.
