I had an excellent experience with Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments. I recently used the company for the first time to do some window treatments for my family room, my former living room, and the staff also did work for some cushions for my chair. I thought that Gretchen was very professional and friendly. I have already recommended their service to a neighbor of mine, and I would definitely use the company again for another service. I can't think of anything the staff could improve on and I really appreciate that the work is done when they promise.
