I had an excellent experience working with Lady Dianne's Custom Window & Bed Treatments. I hired them to do installations for draperies in the dining room, draperies in the master bedroom, and some other work. The dining room was my first time using them. Once that work went well, I hired them to do the other projects. I would give them five out of five stars across the board! I thought that the staff was just wonderful and easy to schedule work with. The installer made sure to clean up after the work was finished, so I would definitely recommend the company to other people and I will keep using them. Overall, I just enjoyed the friendly relationship with Gretchen. She was very patient and I appreciate all of the help that I got from the company.
