I was overall quite happy with the drapery I got from Lady Dianne's Custom Window and Bed Treatments, although there was a bit of a communication issue as well. I went to the shop originally and the owner worked with me on choosing the style I wanted. I brought my own fabric. She was very professional and she told me it would be ready in about a month-5 weeks. I didn't hear anything from them for 6 weeks, and that's where the customer service kind of failed. I had to contact them to find out where the drapery was and after that, they were on it and scheduled me for the next week. The drapery itself is excellent, and the installer and the owner's daughter who comes with during the installations are very personable and professional. I would give them high marks on that part of the purchase, I think they just need to maintain more contact with the customer after making the deal.
