Lady Dianne was very patient with me as I made my choices about what products I wanted. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She was extremely helpful in coming up with a design plan that would work no matter I chose, and that really helped make my decision. This was the first time I had used her service, but I was pretty impressed and would definitely go back if I needed this kind of specialized help again. I'd say prices were worth it. You get what you pay for and the things you get from Lady Dianne's are custom. You have to pay for that, so I wouldn't say its affordable, but once they're installed and you see how it completely changes the look of your home, it's worth it. One piece of advice I have is to ask for sample swatches of whatever products you purchase. What I got in the end was slightly different than what I remembered ordering because it was such a long time between choosing it and the installation, so I kind of forgot the exact color of the product while picking out paint to match. In my case, I ended up loving what i got even though it was slightly different that what I remembered, but my recommendation would be to get some sample swatches of whatever you order to help with color matching.
