The facility is top notch.. Love the security..
On the downside.. Don't like the fact that there is no lighting in the unit. We were not told of an insurance requirement up front nor about a $20 charge to write up the paperwork. I would have taken the unit anyway but surprises on arrival with a truck load of household goods is less that I would expect of a nice facility..
