I had used Arrow electric several years ago, then for some reason I do not remember I switched to another company. I had an issue with my GFI and decided to call Arrow again since the other company did not answer the phone. I am happy that I came back to Arrow. Their customer service is outstanding, phone calls are answered, appointments are timely (next day in my case), notified when electrician is on the way, electricians are personable and clean, electricians are competent, and service call is reasonable. What is not to like. I definitely will not switch again.
