Barry was on time (actually early which was great for me!), very professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything to me about what he was doing, looking for, and what he found when he fixed the problem. He was quick but that does not mean hurried. He didn't waste any time but was very thorough. After he resolved my issue and installed a new breaker for my A/C, he checked over the main circuit electrical panel for any issues and tightened some loose connections. I really appreciated his attention to detail, his knowledge and friendliness. I will definitely call Arrow Electric again!!
