We had a ligtning stike our Chimney and so thought it best to have a electritian come out to make sure things were ok. First service tech came out and looked at the breaker box and one wall switch that turned out was not even the correct one (my fault for directing them to the wrong switch. I was told it would be more like a review done when purchasing a house, but that was all he did. Door bell was also zapped and I had put in a new transformed, but he could not tell me what the problem was. So you sent out a second technian, who found the first one had knocked the wire off the transformer when he was messing around with it., and that the transformer appeared to be defective. He got it fixed and checked the door bell chime and got everything fixed
