Took off work to meet (tech?). Within one minute it was clear he had no intent to do the job. I was given five reasons it was impossible even though there were two guys. they had not even went into the garage. The only way he could see the job done was to remove concrete in drive. This was something he was not able to do. After asking for his $34.50 half price(THANK GOD) since I was a new customer they left. I called another Electrician, we had a good laugh and he is presently doing the work. No concrete saw needed. I do not take this lightly owning a business but feel the $34.50 spent was worth the right to warn others.
