Not Ideal, But I'm Still A Loyal Customer
This was my second time using Arrow Electric. My first experience was great, so I was eager to return. Unfortunately, this time wasn't quite as good. I hired them to address a simple situation regarding a hall light that was not working. They didn't have a new socket on the truck and told me I needed to purchase a whole new light fixture and have it installed. They said it should cost around $160. I thought that price was really out of line. I paid $69 for their services, and didn't have my problem solved, so I feel like I definitely did not get my money's worth. However, the worker who they sent was very courteous and punctual, and based on my previous experience, I still will continue to patronize them. While they definitely need to keep more supplies on their truck, their business is good, so I can let this less than ideal experience go.
