Nicholas from Big Apple Installations was attentive, professional and punctual. We had a Baxi Luna installed by them for our heating and hot water needs. Nicholas explained everything and answered all of our questions. On the day work was to start he and his partner were punctual and worked diligently. We were very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to others.
