Had a countertop replaced. I replaced a double sink with a single bowl and a new faucet. Your field quoted almost a $1,000. I refused the service and got to pay a $71 estimate fee. Another professional plumber did the job for $237. I am dumbfounded by your service tech either lack of knowledge or his willingness to screw the customer.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was in your company. My mother-in-law is having your company to some work in her house and the quote was too high, but she already agreed to the service. I shutter to think how you stay in business. I believe in being profitable, but your company is EXTREME. 4 times what someone else would charge, unbelievable.

However we should have quoted the sink as a whole unit versus individual units.
