The work done by Summit is very good. The new floor is excellent, well done by Dusty, he is a very good workman, and nice guy, a good employee for Summit.
The only issue is the delays caused by having to outsource plumbers & electricians. I would think Summit would have their own employees qualified for that. Other delays from other issues, understandable.
