SUPER unhappy start to finish. Electrician climbed under our house, screwed up our electric box so it had to be replaced (we had no heat over Christmas) fell on our sewer line under the house, snapped in half and didn't tell anyone. When we called to have it fixed, we were told it would be faster if we called someone else. Job started June 14th, it's May 25th and it still isn't handled. Our liaison quit halfway through the job, we didn't blame him, he was managing 54 jobs at the time. At one point they came through and laid down the bathroom vinyl wrong, didn't empty the toilet and we came home to a puddle on the new plank flooring. Delay after delay, on three different occasions they came in and left us without water in the kitchen over the weekend.
DO NOT USE this company. The marketing is good - the company and support is rotten.
