Mold removal from bathroom and attic
A disconnected fan above the bathroom in the attic left mold on the ceiling as well as in the attic.
I talked with Summit Restoration (Sheri) and an appointment was set up at my tenants the next day. The work was completed within the week (Ben). There were pre and post photographs, along with explanations of an estimate and then the correct, completed work.
Initially a huge ordeal for a landlord that turned out to be an accomplished feat and pleasurable experience.
