Summit Cleaning and Restoration had a job quoted for me and it turned out to be a bigger job than we expected, but we didn't have to reschedule, they just added a couple days onto the repairs. My renter had to stay in house for most of the time they were doing the work and that made it hard on them, but they handled it well. Communication was great with them as well. The price was fair. I just really appreciated their friendliness, willingness to help, and patience.
