Summit Cleaning & Restoration came to my house because we contacted them to take care of water that was coming through the wall. Initially they were fairly responsive and they came out right away. They made a hole in the wall and installed a dehumidifier, and they laid out a plastic covering for the walls and my wood floors. Then we didn't hear back from them for weeks. About a month went by and then finally two guys showed up and took out the humidifier. But they left us with a ridiculously expensive bill. They also left the plastic covering on the walls and floors, and did nothing to patch up the hole in my wall. Neither was there any follow up about these things after they left. Eventually we got tired of the floor covering so we pulled it off ourselves. The tape they had used, pulled off the finish of my wood floors. They had maybe used the wrong tape or left it for too long. They didn't come back to check on any of that either. We called and complained that they had charged us so much for so little work. And I was promised that I would have an amount credited back and the hole patched. That was about a month ago. There's been no follow up about that either, no one's called me. So they've left us in the lurch, and stuck us with a big bill, and I also have a hole in the wall and stripes on my floor. I'm left with more damage that I have to repair than if I hadn't called them in.
