I have used Eco Clean Carpet & Tile twice and they have done wonders for my carpets! The first time was when we got a puppy and he proceeded to have a urine war with our 10 year old cat. I thought for sure we would have to get new carpets! Nope, not sure what they did, but I no longer smelled urine. The second time was after our second puppy, who mistook the carpeted stairs for her potty pads! Once again amazing work getting the urine smell out. One aspect I love, which often gets missed with other companies that I have used, is the edges and corners of the rooms, hallway, and stairwell are ALWAYS CLEAN!!
