THANK YOU Tyrone.. I have granddaughters and grandpups so my carpet has high foot traffic. Although, I was not able to go with his recommendations. He made sure my carpet looked and smelled fresh.. He took his time and went over the carpet twice and worked the stains out as best he could.
I really appreciate how professional and friendly he was.
