I had a stubborn spot that appeared after the initial cleaning. It must have come up from the padding. Robert came back and cleaned it, but as it dried it reappeared. He came back a third time and was able to finally get it to come out. I appreciate him coming back and going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for your persistence and hard work!
