Terrible Customer Service
I'm glad I received this opportunity to give a review...it seemed no one else in the company cared about my experience. My first a experience a year ago the guy was super nice and had a great attitude. However my carpets were oversaturated with water/soap, and my couches were also over saturated with water/soap. This left a watermarks on every cushion which ruined my couches. I ended up having to redo my couches. The next service I let the technician know about the overuse of soap and he did a decent job, no complaints. I was surprised that the company never offered a credit or a discount for the unfortunate experience that I had. This last carpet cleaning on 4/2 was a absolute disaster. They were sending there top guy who trains all the employees to do my carpets to ensure a good cleaning. I wanted to do all rooms standard cleaning and the hallway deep cleaning. Well, the guy was an absolute $@!#%! I was shocked that he was going to charge me extra for area rugs on my carpet. They never charged me before? The area rug takes up almost the whole carpet.....so essentially he just cleaned about 2 ft around the perimeter of the rooms. Then he wrote up the bill before he got started and charged me a $10 tax surcharge? That's ridiculous, that's the cost of doing business, I don't charge my company for driving to work everyday. He said they always charge this but this was the first I was told and it never was on my receipts. At this point I was so disappointed and just told the guy to just do the standard cleaning, no deep cleaning. His attitude and response was appalling. He said" really? If that what you want, I was gonna deep clean your whole house, let me go dump everything and start over". Just nasty. I am not even sure he cleaned my carpets efficiently?
What should have been done is he should have cleaned my area rugs and let me know next time this will be charged. He should have waived the gas text and let me know next time I will be charged. He should have offered some kinda of credit or discount for my ruining the couches.
The gal that scheduled the appt. agreed with above, but never offered any resolution, she just said I will add that to your notes(that apparently no one reads).
The thing to remember is when someone has a incredible customer service experience they usually tell 1-2 people. When someone has a bad experience they tell everyone!
