Service in general was great.
Robert was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. However, I do have two complaints but NOT about Robert or his work.
1. Many customers are living on a limited income and it would have been helpful had we been told in advance that there is a $10 gas fee.
2. And if we had been told in advance that the app used for credit card payment includes a "tip" amount and offers 3 options but NO option for a "custom" tip amount. It made me feel uncomfortable and obligated to give some kind of "tip".
Between the gas fee and the "tip", it was a lot more than I was expecting. I've shared this info with others and they agree with me that the experience would have been much more acceptable if your company were more forthcoming with so-called "hidden" fees.
