Advertisements are misleading.

I scheduled an appt with expecting pricing to be 169.00 for single story 3 Bedroom 2 bath home. Service tech was professional and courteous with being on time and then explained pricing changes indicating steam clean method of $399 is required instead due to heavy traffic areas. I went ahead and went with steam cleaning method because I’m ion time constraints (my previous carpet cleaning company would only charge me 140.00 for steam clean method as only method he offers but had retired). I did as company instructed- via email after cleaning to vaccum carpet the next day for bests results. So far carpet still looks like it’s in need of professional cleaning again. My previous carpet man had it cleaned and ready with out any problems each time this carpet was cleaned in past. Not happy with results.

Our technicians always do a walk through of a home prior to the cleaning, to see the scope of the work, and assess what carpet cleaning package is needed based on the condition of the carpet. In this case, you had pre-signed up for a deep clean, but the technician recommeded a different cleaning for best results after he concluded his walk through.
