Patrick was my technician of the day and he did a fantastic job! Very professional and courteous. Helpful in explaining the process and cautions (careful stepping from carpet to tile while still slightly wet etc) I am very pleased with how nice the carpets look, the fact that the products used are safe for cats and little ones, as well as the fact that they were able to show up same-day (not expected but pleasantly surprised).
