Wow, I can’t say enough good things about this company. Excellent service from setting up an appointment to the arrival of the carpet technician. Setting up an appointment was easy and appointments were available within a day or two. Communication is super important to me and both the telephone team and carpet technician kept me in the loop. The technician showed up on time and did an outstanding service. The carpets were clean and any stains left before he arrived were gone. The technician explained what he would do and mentioned he would be done within a certain time. He kept his word and everything went well. The telephone team called me the next day to confirm everything went well. I am very happy with his job and I will be calling them again.
