Driver/tech was right on time, he was very professional. He pre sprayed the entire carpet which I have never seen done before (usually spray only visible spots, and stains) Whole job finished in 45 minutes. 22-year-old carpet looked great Tech was very respectable, great customer service. One thing, I should have been advised in advance about extra $5 gas charge in the original quote.
