The technicians were nice. The Groupon is a bit deceiving because it says carpet cleaning. As a consumer when you say your carpet is being clean you don’t realize that there’s different levels of cleaning..
I bought a Groupon thinking that my carpet would be clean and ready for move out of my house but when they got there I was being up sold to purchase different types of cleaning. Perhaps if I would’ve known that this was just a surface cleaning I probably wouldn’t of bought the Groupon.
