Hi, the service was great Andre and Ray are nice young men. Professional. The bedroom carpets were bad in traffic aeas. When i asked If this stains would come back after shampooing. Andre was very honest and said they probably would because the carpet is old. We were planning on replacing it but decided to wait a couple more years so we'll need to get it cleaned again. It is the next day and yes some of the stains are already showing back but I knew that would happen. I am definitely going to use them again and I am also going to ask for the same Technicians.
