Patrick was AWESOME!! We got the pet package, now that we have a 6 mo. old lab and it was just what we needed. When I told him someone else could not get my dining room chairs clean, he offered to try and WOW!, he got them clean! I don't know how, but he did! Now I don't have to recover them! Patrick really went above and beyond. He asked several times if we had any questions or concerns and made sure we were happy. They even called to see if he could come early since he was running ahead of schedule!, which was perfect for us.
