The technician texted me early to let me know when he will be arriving. Upon arrival he wore a mask, met, greeted and checked out the cleaning area. He started the work promptly, did a great job and made the carpet look clean and newer. He game me some tips to dry and maintain cleanliness, took the payment and went on his way.
