This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and it was great! I will never buy a home carpet cleaner now that I see how quick and cost effective it is to use Eco Clean. One hour and $149 and my whole house was done! Wow. I'll never do carpet cleaning myself again. And my carpet got so much cleaner than when I've a carpet cleaner on my own. The tech was super nice, he explained everything in easy terms and repeated the important stuff, which was good because I tend to forget. The scent didn't bother me, and I'm very sensitive to smells, but it was just a pleasant, clean smell. I'll definitely be using EcoClean again.
