We have had you come to our home three times in 15 months. We have always thought very highly of your service. It is important that we are using products that are kind to our environment as well as effective. There are spots in the hallway and one bedroom that go away but always come back in a month or so. Jake was great about getting new spots out of the living room carpet. But the old spots are just going to haunt us. We inherited the spots and the white carpet when we bought the house. We are fine with the white carpet and that is why you have repeatedly been back to clean. You are keeping the carpet white but we just can't seem to conquer the old stains. Thanks for your service.
