First time around wasn't the best, but the CEO corrected it and I was blown away.
I found Eco Clean through Groupon for my new house. The first time around they did an amazing job with the carpets, but we noticed the solution on top of the tiles did not dry very well so, I ended up telling the CEO this was not what I expected. They re-did the job and honored a second groupon for the rest of the tile, being adamant that we'd be blown away with a second chance and explaining that the first time around was the result of over estimating the solution needed.
Second time was great and we'll be going with them again eventually.
